About us

The name "Brigata Apartments" was born in 2018. It reminds the position in which the apartments are located (via Brigata Volturno), but for us it has a different meaning... In fact, in the italian language, "brigata" means meeting together to have fun.
Nello has inherited from his parents "Nonno Bei" and "Donna Assunta" the passion for the details and the precision in the art of restoration.
Inside of the "Brigata Ballarin" in Cavallino Treporti, Nello and his wife Tania, have set up comfortable and cute "Guest Houses". They've been completely restored and furnished and you'll find a familiar place, where you can relax.
The apartments were built by the Ballarin family between the end of 90s and the early 2000s and they're all different in order to meet everyone's needs.

Ground floor apartments near the center, in front of the lagoon, 900m from the beach and close to public services.

All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a kettle, a bidet, an hairdryer and a wardrobe. The rooms have a private bathroom with shower.

"La Brigata Apartments" means hospitality, we want you to feel as if you're at home.

She and her family are real people, people of the lagoon, who love their land and it takes a minute to make you love it. With beautiful, clean and well-kept spaces, kindness and respect, passion and great love for that kilometer of land between the sea and the lagoon that is Cavallino-Treporti. If you go there, take the time to look around, to move around by bicycle, not to throw yourself headlong onto the beach, the ferry and St. Mark's Square without seeing anything else.

The house was very clean and spacious. There is a garden which is bigger than we expected. The area seems safe and by bike you can reach the beach and the ferry terminal for Venice.
